Are you ready for some FOOTBALL!

Well the football tins are being made.  I have finished an OSU and OU one and now looking for other teams to start making.  I thought hey what a great gift for a hostess or how about covering up those "Manly" smells during a game.  You know the ones I am talking about. We can show our pride and also have something just for us that smells awsome. The neat thing about tins they can be used on warmers, so there is no fire for at those wild football parties or dorm rooms.  As I remember they don't have the greatest smells there either.  Like I have said this is really becoming an addiction. I am adding to my list of things for sale reed diffuser containers with the bamboo sticks and any fragrance.  I hope these go over well for those that do not want to leave a warmer on during the day when gone or just doesn't want candles for one reason or another.  The rest of my fall and Holiday fragrances came in today so I am ready to start making them and some yummy smelling candles.  Oh wait forgot I am also going to be making pillar candles :0) I truely enjoy making all this stuff, but truth be know I do need to start getting some kind of reward out of it. I just don't know what else I can do other then give the dang stuff away. I am selling them at Made In Oklahoma Store, Etsy, Yardsale, Facebook and my website and nothing.  If any of you have any ideas on what I should do please let me know.  I feel I have really got this down to an art now, when I first started it was trial and error as anything is. Those that supported me from the beginning until now are so wonderful they have helped me with what I needed to do and not do. I tell you what though, this craft changes with fragrances and designs as fast as the technology world does, it's crazy but WOW fun.  If anyone has any ideas or input I am always open.  Also remember I am taking orders for the Holiday's and along with candles I am doing gift baskets that come with great bath products from Carousel Creations her stuff is great.  I can not stress enough though that I wish I knew the secret to selling online I feel like I am missing something. That is my one discouragement that I keep having and I just don't like it at all.  I am asking for feedback and don't be shy. You all are great! Well I am headed to start working on some diffusers I will be posting pictures soon, so stay tuned. Good evening!

Time to get ready for fall and the holidays...

So the seasons are coming up pretty fast so I decided I better get my hinney in gear and get some yummy fragrances.  I have picked some that I hope everyone will like, I know I do they make things feel so homey and relaxed around here. I decided on Cranberry Chutney,Jack Frost,Fireside,Autumn Lodge,Autumn Harvest, Sweet Holiday Blend Coffee, Egg Nog,Spruce Orchard,Mistletoe,Hot Toddy,Snowman Balls :0) Fireplace, and Cracklin Burch.  Are you ready for the fall and Christmas I know I sure am.  Now time to decide on how I am going to decorate the glass containers I have.  I have been using ribbon with buttons and pendents and everyone seems to like those pretty well. But what about some Christmas ornaments, small ones of course?  That way everything can be re-used after the candle is gone that is if people do not want them re-filled. I have really got to get in gear September is just right around the corner and time flies by so fast seems like.  Oh I got the funniest thing to add to my things its the "redneck wineglass" so funny I will get the pictures up on my website so everyone can see them.  I think they are going to be fun for the holidays, time for some spirits and what a better way to enjoy them and have some fun also. :0) My idea is to feel them with a yummy fragrance and decorate them so people can use them for the Holidays, but not to much dazzle on that end so then you can use them to drink from .  I guess I better say that with soy, you can re-use any container all you have to do is wash it out with hot water and soap. If it has embellishments on it of course you want to be careful not to get the outside too wet.  I have some really good ideas for the re-use of the tins, they work great to put spices in, and they are cute enough to leave out if want.  Also put them next to the sinks to put rings in or next to the bed.  They can also be re-filled.  Glass containers can be used the same way or be more creative and put some small flowers in them or what ever you like.  No reason to throw them away re-use, re-use and re-fill.  I have so many ideas but only a certain amount of time in the day.  So follow along and I will fill you in with some ideas and you can let me know some of yours if you want.  Write again soon, have a great day!
